1. What is the 6-month Amazon Prime video Offer?

Vodacom is offering eligible customers 6 months of Amazon Prime Video, on us.*

After the 6 month promotional period the customer will automatically be charged R79.99 per month, unless the customer has cancelled their membership.

Eligible customers must activate the 6-month Amazon Prime Video membership offer from 27 October 2020 to 27 October 2021.

2. How do I activate my 6 month amazon Prime Video Promotion offer?

To activate your 6-month Amazon Prime Video membership:

3. Who is eligible for the Amazon Prime Video Promotional Offer?

The following customers are eligible for the 6-month promotional offer

All existing and upgrading Vodacom Contract customers
Vodacom Prepaid and Top-up/Hybrid customers who have spent a minimum of R150 over the last 30 days on Vodacom’s network.

Customers with the following account profiles are not eligible for the 6-month promotional offer:

Enterprise Corporate Liable accounts (ECL)
All IoT and M2M devices
Enterprise Employee Liable accounts (EEL):

These customers will be soft-blocked when Content Block is enabled.

Content Block will prevent your number from being subscribed, or auto-subscribed, to content services provided by 3rd party content providers, from the day the content block is set on your mobile number.

To unblock your number, dial *135*997# and select option 3 to Unblock Content Services, if your number has previously been blocked. You will receive a confirmation message as soon as the Content Block has been successfully removed from your number

In the case where content block was not previously applied, you will only see the option to Block your number.

4. How do I activate my travel Rewards?

Download the My Vodacom App from the App Store or Google Play. Activate your travel benefits on the My Vodacom App. Follow the prompts to book your travel.

5. Travel Partner FAQ

Flight Site:

Flight site is the official booking platform for MyVodacom Rewards.

MyVodacom Rewards, Travel Benefits, is a brand owned by Vodacom and managed by FlightSite (Pty) Ltd (“FlightSite”) (registration number: 2004/021024/07).

When making a booking on the Internet Booking Engine (“IBE”), you are dealing directly with FlightSite and you will be billed directly by FlightSite (operating under the name “Travel Benefits”) and the relevant airline if you have purchased airline tickets. You consent to you and your travel companions’ relevant personal information being made available to FlightSite to process the reservation and the transaction and to the relevant personal information being retained by FlightSite, their suppliers and services providers, where applicable, in accordance with prevailing legislation.



Emirates: A maximum discount of up to R2500 on base fare applies to economy class tickets. Diamond status clients have access to business class tickets with a discount on base fares of up to 50%.  Refer to for further terms and conditions.

6. How do I claim from Insurance?

Dial 082 135 to blacklist your device. This blocks the device and prevents it from being used by someone else, then go into the nearest store Or Simply call us at 082 1952. To stay up to date with your claim call 082 1952.
